These are the things I can come up with that isn’t so good for the Aetherlight right now. This isn’t a post saying you should get the Aetherlight. In fact, I’m trying to get another pass again! This post is listing the bad things about The Aetherlight, so in another post I can talk about what happens next. It took me about a week to complete this post.

Staff Members

The most recent loss of a staff member/Coop Blimpenny has affected almost all of us Aetherlighters that use the forums. Him and the 2nd guy/Goku Ironheart were both Support staff. The last one/Lady Pancake was the poster for the Aetherlight blog. I was only around on the forums to see Coop go, so that effected me the most. Sadly, I never met any of them in-game. Time to move on.

Glitches

The Fog glitch is the most frustrating one because it affects missions. Basically you can go to secret areas that require you to fill the Great Engines. But the engines don’t work. I’m almost fully aware because I have two missions that require to go to the Junkyard and one that requires me to finish the other. The battles glitch are called Ghost battles, but aren’t that big of a deal for me. There is one mission from episode 2 that doesn’t work right. You are supposed to get a trophy almost right away, but you don’t get it for a while. The other one I know of is a side quest where you are supposed to use 4 venom but you end up using 8.

Episode 4

This is a big one we’re talking about. We’ve been waiting for it so we can have more content because of the Fog glitch for me and more quests for people who finished all the quests. We don’t have much extra areas to go to and we want, well, fun! I know that it’s supposed to be the story of Moses/Martin Ambrose. The Aetherlight team is (or are) writing a book that I don’t really know anything about.

So this it. All the downsides of The Aetherlight. I will try to post Pt. 2 sometime this week.
